Michael Bloomberg is in the capitol right now, putting an optimistic face on his attempts to get legislative leaders to approve his congestion pricing plan.
Bloomberg just left a room crowded with reporters, where he was being interviewed by Fred Dicker, and where he said "I have nothing but good things to say," about the state senate, assembly and their respective leaders.
Still, he added that it was "ridiculous" to argue there isn't enough information about the plan for lawmakers to take a position on it.
