Here’s a (limited) peek at Michael Bloomberg pitching his congestion pricing plan to Assembly Republicans today at a closed-door meeting in the Capitol.
The pitch was similar to others he has made, asserting that the city could lose federal funding if his plans aren’t approved quickly – Bloomberg has given today as the deadline — that things can be adjusted later, and that the overall package would be very good for business.
