Mayor Bloomberg, on Fred Dicker’s radio show this morning, reiterated that today really is the deadline for the state Legislature to pass his congestion pricing plan in time to qualify for a pilot grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation. But he held out the possibility of redemption should Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver bring his members back “first thing tomorrow morning.”
