The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is currently running radio ads in New Jersey's third district criticizing thirteen-term Republican Congressman James Saxton for voting against the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) last month. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman John Adler has met with the DCCC and other key Democrats to discuss a possible challenge to Saxton in 2008. Saxton is one of five House Republicans across the country that the DCCC has targeted on the SCHIP vote.
