Dems watching Ferguson vote today

Frank Pallone’s bill for children’s health care and medicare reimbursement for physicians is set for a vote in the U.S. House of Representatives today, and some Democrats are watching with the hope that Mike Ferguson votes no. Democrats think the legislation, which includes funding for the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) could be a 2008 campaign issue, since SCHIP has a fairly aggressive program in the seventh district.
