11 a.m. Gov. Eliot Spitxer will launched the "Labor-On-Wheels" Program with the Department of Labor Commissioner Patricia Smith and other state officials at Corona Plaza, 103-28 Roosevelt Avenue in Jackson Heights.

Noon. The West Side YMCA will offer a free health screening, with blood pressure and body fat tests conducted by a certified fitness professional, at 5 West 63^rd Street between Central Park West and Broadway. There will be another screening available at 6 p.m.

1 p.m. Council member John Liu's Youth Action Team will hold a simulated City Council legislative oversight hearing at City Hall.

2 p.m. The Yippie Museum will sponsor a "Be-In" at the Central Park Bandshell.
