9 a.m. The South Bronx men's softball tournament will raise money for the breast and ovarian cancer charity, SHARE at the Pelham Bay Park Softball Fields 4 & 5, at Bruckner Expressway and Wilkinson Street, in the Bronx.

4:30 p.m. New York State Senate Democratic Leader, Malcolm A. Smith, and hip-hop star LL Cool J will appear at Jump and Ball basketball and double-dutch tournament at Daniel O’Connell Park on Murdock Avenue between 196th and 197th Streets in St. Albans, New York.
