Just over a year after it bought 1619 Broadway for $92 million, Murray Hill Properties has sold the building to Stonehenge Partners for $151 million, city records show.
The 175,000-square-foot office tower, known as the Brill Building, boasts striking gold-colored ornamentation over its entrance, which sits by 49th Street.
The Observer reported last December on Murray Hill Properties, which was at the time especially active in midtown.
