Deb Futter will succeed Amy Einhorn as editor-in-chief of the hardcover division of Grand Central Publishing, it was announced today.

Deb Futter will succeed Amy Einhorn as editor-in-chief of the hardcover division of Grand Central Publishing, it was announced today. Grand Central has been without an EIC since this summer, when Ms. Einhorn went to Putnam to lead her own imprint.

Ms. Futter comes to Grand Central from Doubleday, where she edited, among others, Katie Couric, Steve Martin, and Sebastian Faulks.
