Sabrin, a professor of finance at Ramapo College and an outspoken supporter of Ron Paul for president, ran for Senate in 2000 and governor in 1997.

Although Sabrin said that his “heart is in this,” he needs more time to meet supporters and talk to his family before committing one way or the other.

“I just have to sit down with my wife, look at all the plusses and minuses and make the final decision,” he said.
