But Mr. Steinberg is biased when it comes to his gushy feelings on car elevators in high-end condos: He and his partner Herve Senequier are the marketing agents for 200 Eleventh Avenue, where the apartments come with “New York’s first En-Suite Sky Garage.” Each condo has its own elevator-accessed 300-plus-square-foot parking space–bigger than this writer’s entire apartment.

Will car elevators be a part of New York’s high-end real estate future? In the meantime, if you have $17,500,000 lying around, 200 Eleventh’s penthouse and vertical parking space are open.
