On February 5th, you can still vote for Rudy Giuliani in the Republican primary here.
His name can’t be removed from the ballot because, legally, that change would have had to be made seven days before the vote.
If they could have, the State Republican Party would have, says spokesman Matt Walter.
“According to the [State] Board [of Elections], we’re within the seven-day window, so, the point is legally moot. However, if it is beyond that seven-day window, we would have supported the Republican commissioners’ decision to remove him from the ballot.”
