New York developer Joseph Palladino is putting up a $950 million bid for Atlantic City’s beleaguered Tropicana Resort and Casino.
The Tropicana, opened in 1981, is New Jersey’s most ginormous hotel, boasting 2,129 rooms, plus some 3,400 slot machines, 21 restaurants and about 150,000 square feet of casino space.
But who’s this Joe Palladino guy?
