Romney Versus Rudy in Spanish-Language Ad Game in Florida

In the struggle over Florida’s coveted Latino vote (especially the Republican-leaning Cuban American demographic), Mitt Romney just won one battle.

Both he and Rudy Giuliani released Spanish-language ads today. Giuliani’s is fiscally-focused, as many of his ads in Florida have been, and ends with the candidate saying “Yo soy Rudy Giuliani” in an accent that does not convey a depth of knowledge in the language.

Romney’s ad focuses on family values, and is narrated, in Spanish, by his own son.

Ads after the jump.

Here’s the press release from the Giuliani campaign which has a translation. A translation of Romney’s ad coming soon.
