PolitickerNJ.com was deeply saddened to learn of the death of our friend, Russ Flanagan. The 33-year-old Express-Times reporter, who once covered Sussex County politics for the New Jersey Herald, was found dead in his apartment on Wednesday. There were no signs of foul play, and no evidence of drugs or alcohol. Russ Flanagan loved politics – especially local politics – and we will miss him.
