Joe Donnelly, a former newspaper reporter who has spent the last fifteen as a spokesman for the Assembly Democrats, is the new Deputy Executive Director of Communications at the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission. According to a press release, he will be responsible for communicating with the public and media about Commission operations and activities, as well as bridge rehabilitation projects and construction periods and their impact on the traveling public.
