12 p.m. A meeting of the Empire State Passengers Association will take place at 100 Nott Terrace, Schenectady.

1 p.m. The Gathering of Eagles, organization supporting military personnel, holds rally; in front of Times Square Recruiting Station.

11:30 a.m. Line-up for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade takes place at Hart Boulevard and Forest Avenue, Staten Island. The parade kicks off at 12:30 p.m.

4 p.m. The Village Independent Democrats, DFNYC, AskNadler2Impeach.org, and other groups host a town hall meeting, at 55 Washington Square South.

Monday

6 p.m. The Women’s Campaign hosts their annual gala, featuring the attorney who argued Roe v. Wade, at 20 Rockefeller Plaza. At 7:30, the group hosts various parties around the city, with featured guests Silda Wall Spitzer, Alexandra Pelosi, Scott Stringer, Betsy Gotbaum, Dan Garodnick, Gale Brewer, Melinda Katz, Jessica Lapin.

6:30 p.m. A discussion on the impact of congestion pricing on Sunset Park, Brooklyn will take place at 4201 Fourth Avenue. 6:30 p.m. Congestion pricing supporters write to local lawmakers asking them to support the plan, at 35-20 Broadway.
