Kashmir crack you up? Pakistani comic Kumail Nanjiani brings his one-man show, “Unpronounceable,” to the Upright Citizens Brigade, where he will, as he explained to Eight-Day Week Special Correspondent Matt Townsend, explore his first encounters with the scandalous flesh of loose American women! (He moved to Iowa from Karachi, Pakistan, in 1997.) “As soon as I moved here that first weekend, I shook hands with a woman and that freaked me out!” said Mr. Nanjiani, who is 29 and lives in Brooklyn. “I used to watch Hollywood movies before I moved, and [Iowa] sort of felt like I had moved to Pleasantville,” he continued. Of his fellow comics from the Mideast, he said, “A lot of these guys have the same jokes—9/11, airport security, terrorism.
