The Clinton campaign just announced that they have accepted an invitation for her to debate in North Carolina, a state in which Barack Obama is favored to win.
The announcement comes on the heels of a new ad to go up in the state.
A poll released March 19 showed Clinton narrowing Obama’s lead, the same day they announced that Bill Clinton would visit the state. Shortly before that, the campaign drew criticism when Harold Ickes was quoted in the New York Times dismissing North Carolina because it traditionally votes Republican in the general election.
