Appearing on CNBC’s Squawk Box this morning, Gov. Jon Corzine said that if Hillary Clinton is unable to carry the popular vote in the Democratic presidential primaries against Barack Obama, he has the option to change his superdelegate vote from Clinton to Obama. Corzine did not say that he was changing his vote – only suggesting that he could – and made it clear that he believes Clinton will win more popular votes than Obama by the end of the primary season.
