Forget your modern (and soul-crushing) office space aesthetic. Who needs cubicles and florescent lighting, when you could have a working fireplace, a rooftop terrace, and views of Central Park?

If that’s your bag, and you’ve got $1.3 million in that bag to spare, have we got the space for you.

W&H Properties is offering a 20,328-square-foot duplex penthouse on the 25th and 26th floors of 250 West 57th Street, which the firm recently rehabbed for $82 million.

“When you hear about a penthouse with these sorts of amenities, you have visions of an Art Deco, 1930’s movie or a legendary apartment on Fifth or Park Avenue,” gushed Barry Zeller, the executive director of brokerage Cushman & Wakefield (CWK), in a statement.

But this is no home, unless you’re prone to pulling all-nighters at work. It’s an office space.

Less glamorous digs are also available for would-be renters who need as little as 1,700 square feet.
