Also at this morning’s breakfast, Christine Quinn didn’t take sides between Michael Bloomberg and Chuck Schumer , who have differing opinions over which major development project should be the city’s top priority. (Schumer favors Moynihan Station, Bloomberg likes Hudson Yards.)
Quinn, who noted there’s also the Javits Center development on the table, said she sees “all three as critically important.”
Also, Quinn did not rule out supporting a millionaire’s tax next year, when the city’s fiscal climate is expected to be worse than it is currently. “That is an idea I would not take off the table for 2010,” she said.
