Bill Clinton recorded a robocall for at-risk Democratic state senator Bill Stachowski of Buffalo, who is in a heated race against Republican Dennis Delano.
“Western New York needs strong Democrats like Bill Stachowski fighting for us,” Clinton says in the 30-second call. Clinton’s call is the first he’s done for a state senator.
A Siena poll earlier this month showed Delano leading Stawchoski by 49 to 36 percent. Democrats have since begun focusing harder on holding onto this seat.
