It’s running in the mornings and prime time on NY1, CNN and other stations, according to a campaign aide. This person declined to specify the size of the ad buy, but said it was significant.
Padavan says Gennaro is distorting his record, but there also seems to be a legitimate contrast between the candidates on the issue.
Politically, it's noteworthy that this is the issue Gennaro's campaign is closing on, when most seem to be centering around macro-themes like reforming Albany or the economy.
