ALBANY—A quick update to the earlier news about the Kuhl-Massa recount. I just got off the phone with William Pulos, the Kuhl camp's attorney, who provided this letter [see link above] with all the details of the agreement to start re-canvassing voting machines immediately.
The agreement pre-empts a court date scheduled for Wednesday.
