Nicholas deB. Katzenbach was the U.S. Attorney General under President Lyndon B. Johnson. He was serving as Deputy Attorney General when he was named to replace Robert F. Kennedy in 1964.

He was later a partner at Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti.
