SAMUEL A. ALITO, JR.

Sam Alito was working for U.S. Attorney General Edwin Meese when Ronald Reagan named him New Jersey's federal prosecutor in 1987.  He left in 1990 to become a Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and was appointed Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court by George W. Bush in 2006.
