Judges say Corzine doesn’t have to release Katz e-mails

A state appeals court ruled today that Gov. Jon Corzine will not be compelled to release e-mails exchanged with his former girlfriend, union leader Carla Katz, according to a Star-Ledger report. "We hold that the Governor properly asserted executive privilege and plaintiff did not articulate or identify a sufficient reason to overcome the privilege," the judges wrote.
