5:30 p.m. David Paterson will hold a town Hall meeting at Broome Community College in the West Gymnasium, 901 Upper Front Street, Binghamton. 

10 a.m. The state Superintendent of Banks Richard Neiman will testify before the state Senate Banks Committee in the Senate Committee Room, on the first floor of the Capitol.  

1 p.m.  State Department of Correctional Services Commissioner Brian Fischer tours food production center, also plans to discuss “the criminal justice and public safety elements of David  Paterson’s Executive Budget.” At D.O.C.S. Food Production Center, The Administration Building: Building 50, Oneida Correctional Facility, in Rome.
