10 a.m. The state Superintendent of Banks Richard Neiman will testify before the state Senate Banks Committee in the Senate Committee Room, on the first floor of the Capitol.  

1 p.m.  State Department of Correctional Services Commissioner Brian Fischer tours food production center, also plans to discuss "the criminal justice and public safety elements of David  Paterson's Executive Budget."
