Superior Court Judge Lawrence DeBello has been charged with violating ethics rules and the judiciary's Internet policy by sending romantic e-mails to a former law clerk and trying to get her a public sector job, according to a report in the New Jersey Law Journal. DeBello sat in Hudson County during the alleged violation and has since been transferred to Mercer County.
