Andrew Cuomo is out with his lengthy indictment against political consultant Hank Morris, and a colleague, David Loglisci, for allegedly orchestrating a kick-back scheme with people doing business with former State Comptroller Alan Hevesi.

I’m reading the indictment now, and came across this quirky detail:

Defendant LOGLISCI also solicited from a defendant Morris and others doing business with the CRF, investments and other contributions to a film, “Chooch,” produced by LOGLISCI’s brother, in which LOGLISCI had a financial interest.

The tagline for that 2003 movie, according to the International Movie Data Base: “In the neighborhood of Bocci Park, Queens, God forbid you mess up and someone gives you a nickname. It can stick with you the rest of your life.”
