ALBANY—I took this picture a few minutes ago: Deputy Mayor Ed Skyler talking with former Deputy Mayor Marc Shaw and Michelle Goldstein, New York City's lobbyist in Albany.
Skyler is going on Fred Dicker's show now. He made news last week for knocking down a mugger. I'm assured that he's just in town for budget meetings.
Last month, Kevin Sheekey was up in Albany to meet with state senators.
