Created by Montreal-based software designers Xtranormal, Text-to-Movie is a free, idiotproof application that lets you create and share your own short animated films.
Choose your actors from a wide list of cute, Playmobil-like avatars — a cop, a nurse, a ninja, a Hillary look-alike — then type in a few lines of dialogue. You can also add music, facial expressions, gestures, and accents. When you’re done, you can send your tiny ’toon to friends or publish it straight to YouTube. And when Hollywood calls, remember to thank the little people.
