Here’s a clip from Bill Thompson’s event on the Lower East Side last night where he outlined his vision for defeating Michael Bloomberg.
“How do you beat somebody who is going to spend $100 million or whatever it takes?” Thompson asked. “With people coming together”
Then, with a little fist-pounding , he said, “People came together to change the direction of this country. I believe that in New York City, we can do the same thing.”
