Here’s Bill Thompson saying it was “heartless” to have an Air Force One plane fly over New York City for a photo-op yesterday without notifying the public.
(He is hardly alone on this.)
Thompson said New Yorkers were “terrorized” and, like him, were reminded of Sept. 11.
“There’s still so many of us who will never forget September 11th and the after-effects,” said Thompson, “and something like this need never happen again.”
