He’s paying rent to a Manhattan-based landlord, something he wasn’t doing during his last filing.

The $8,215 in rent was paid on May 11, 2009 to SL Green, the Manhattan-based real estate company run by Mark Green’s family.

Weiner’s last expense report showed a payment of $2,542.57 on March 11 to Friends of Weiner, a different campaign committee he has for his congressional races, which is based in Forest Hills.
