Fisher asks if New York companies would somehow be hurt if other jurisdictions applied a similar standard.

“I understand what you’re saying about other jurisdictions,” she said. “Albany may be the capital of New York. New York City is the capital of the world and we need to make sure our people are working. That’s my number one priority.”
