Here’s the report that state Republicans have accused Joe Mondello of sitting on.

It’s comprised of 100 recommendations for reviving the state party and county committees, after the drubbing they took in the 2008 elections.

The report was sent to me by a reader who received it from the State Republican Party. It’s a draft, but a knowledgeable source told me is basically final.

Among the recommendations are implementing term limits for for state party chairs (maximum of eight years), conducting an “environmental review” to help them go green, and webcasting their meetings.
