James Stettner, a two-term Phillipsburg Councilman, ousted incumbent Michael Sedita in a race for Warren County Democratic Chairman. Stettner is the Director of Security, Safety and Training for the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, and is a former school board president and housing authority commissioner in Phillipsburg.
