ALBANY—For those of you who can’t get enough of State Senator Pedro Espada Jr., he sat down with Susan Arbetter on New York NOW this week for a long, wide-ranging interview.
“One has to be very, very careful, because at any given time, an agreement, a deal could be cut that leaves you out,” Espada, who did a double-double-cross to become the chamber’s majority leader, told Arbetter.
