If you want to be a judge, go to law school in New Jersey

More than half (54%) of all New Jersey Superior Court Judges went to law school at either Rutgers or Seton Hall. Of the 420 active judges, 119 went to Rutgers and 106 went to Seton Hall. But of the seven Justices of the New Jersey Supreme Court, just two – Virginia Long and Jaynee LaVecchia – went to state law schools.
