The New Jersey Network (NJN) got duped last night in their well-intentioned man-on-the-street segment, where they filmed regular New Jerseyans asking questions for the debate between the candidates for governor. Two of the people who got to ask questions have ties to state government: Peter Dickson worked in the front office as an Assistant to Gov. Brendan Byrne in the 1970's, and Suzanne Dice-Goldberg currently works as a lawyer for the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, where she is involved in the embattled Clean Energy Program.
