Good news/bad news for the Jets: lots of people watched them play this week.
Their two losses to lowly division rivals both made Nielsen’s top ten!
The loss to the Dolphins on Monday Night Football last week drew 900,000 viewers, and the overtime loss to the Bills drew almost twice that: 1,802,000 viewers—or 360,400 for each of Mark Sanchez’s five interceptions.
Felix Gillette has the full list, and he adds that “while losing twice in one week on national television to division rivals is no picnic, beating NCIS and The Mentalist in the ratings should give Mark Sanchez a big boost of confidence heading into Week 7.”
