Picking up on his comments earlier today that congestion pricing is not dead, Michael Bloomberg released what he said is the first-ever street-level survey of air quality in the city.
It shows that areas with more traffic, and buildings that burn oil, are the most polluted. In the city, that basically means Manhattan. Western Queens and parts of Northern Brooklyn also look pretty bad.
