Richard Vezza, a onetime political reporter who began his career with the Hudson Dispatch and later served as CEO of North Jersey Newspapers (The Record) and of Penn Jersey Advance, has been named as the new publisher of The Star-Ledger. He replaces George Arwady, who is moving to a position with a newspaper in Massachusetts.
