So far, low name ID for possible Christie ’13 challengers

A new Fairleigh Dickinson University poll tests statewide name ID of three potential Democratic statewide candidates: Newark Mayor Cory “Robin Hood” Booker has favorables of 38%-6%, and is at 43%-4% among Democrats; U.S. Rep. Frank Pallone (D-Long Branch) has favorables of 10%-6%, and 15%-3% among Democrats; and U.S. Rep. Steven Rothman (D-Englewood) has favorables 6%-4%, and has favorables of 8%-2% among Democrats.  41% of New Jerseyans have never heard of Booker, while 61% are not familiar with Pallone and 75% have no idea who Rothman is.
