Team Christie wins Day 1

Gov. Christopher Christie gets good reviews for his first twelve hours in office: no lines at the War Memorial or at the Prudential Center bar; no excessively long and boring warm-up acts, and an Inaugural Address where the gesture of offering an olive branch to the Democratic legislative leadership overshadowed a shortage of specific policy initiatives; and a symbolic business suits at a cocktail party instead of the usual black-tie formal ball helped deliver hundreds of thousands of dollars to local charities.  Kudos to the main event organizers: First Brother Todd Christie, best friend Bill Palatucci, and Robin Visconi for organizing events that  went off more easily then Democratic inaugurals in 2001 and 2004.
