Christie will freeze unspent funds

With New Jersey roads cleared after yesterday’s major snowstorm, Gov. Christopher Christie will address a joint session of the Legislature at 10:30 AM to declare a state of fiscal emergency.  Christie, who took office on January 19, is expected to freeze more than $1.5 billion in unexpended funds.

Christie’s address will be carried live on the New Jersey Network (NJN), and will be broadcast on the Internet at njn.net.
