The Jane Hotel Ballroom, which shone as the brightest star in the nightlife sky for mere months before being shuttered by fun-hating neighbors and city inspectors, is BACK. Maybe.
Grub Street is dubious, but The Dizzy Fizz says it’s totally happening:
My trusty sources tell me that Sean MacPherson’s Ballroom is guaranteed to be back in business by Monday, March 1st. Reportedly, the Ballroom has undergone renovations to ensure that it is 100 percent up to city code.
But bear in mind: Dizzy Fizz also claimed that the Jane was back once already, and that didn’t quite pan out.
