Republicans in Albany aren’t too keen on the idea of State Senator Andrew Lanza giving up his seat to challenge Democratic Rep. Mike Mcmahon, the possibility of which has been reported.
“Don’t believe everything you hear,” Senate G.O.P. spokesman John McCardle told me.
